Description
The project includes the design and construction of a 27 MW utility-scale solar electric power plant. The site is located east of Nursery Lane in Gloucester County, Virginia. The site consists of approximately 350 acres.

EEDAS provided foundation design of solar rack pile, PCS skid, SCADA building & Aux. Rack, CAB, combiner box, MET station, Pedestrian Handrail, and construction support.
