Description
The project includes the design and construction of a 115 kV/34.5 kV Collector Substation. The site is located on Old Stage Rd and Cutoff Rd in Macon County, Georgia. The site consists of approximately 660 acres.
Services Provided
The services provided to the client include AIS Equipment steel structure (cap bank, riser, support structure, bus support, CT & PT, switch, dead end & lightening mast) foundation, transformer pad & oil containment design, breaker foundation, switchgear, and control building foundation. This includes foundation calculations and design (strength & stability), anchor bolt plan & details (post installed anchorage), building calculations & design, equipment anchorage, material & construction specifications, shop drawings review and full-time construction support (submittal review, RFI, design changes & client meetings).
