Description
The project includes the design and construction of a 27 MW utility-scale solar electric power plant. The site is located at Courthouse Hway in Windsor, Isle of Wright County, Virginia. The site consists of approximately 190 acres.

EEDAS provided foundation design of solar rack pile, PCS skid, SCADA building & Aux. Rack, CAB, combiner box, MET station, Pedestrian Handrail, and construction support.
