The project site is located at 4181 Davis Drive, Morrisville, North Carolina. The project site consists of 1.85 acres and 34,300 SF new construction.
Services Provided
EEDAS provided grading & drainage plan, erosion & sediment control plan, storm drainage plan & SWPP, H & H analysis for approximately 1.85-acre commercial development in Morrisville, NC. Also provided design for parking lot and private road for this development. EEDAS is the prime consultant and applicant of this project, and the construction permit has been approved and completed by the end of 2021.
