The project includes the design and construction of a 45 MW utility-scale solar electric power plant. The site is located at 157 Renan Rd, Gretna, Pittsylvania County, Virginia. The site consists of approximately 800 acres.

EEDAS provided design of box culvert, wingwall & headwall, pedestrian handrail, shop drawings review and construction support (RFI, submittal etc).
