Description
The project includes the design and construction of a 35 MW utility-scale solar electric power plant. The project site is located at Tomlin Road, Statesville, North Carolina. The site consists of approximately 214 acres of the 1,2207 acres Project Study Area which consists of mainly forestland & farmland and undeveloped areas (wetland and/or water features).
