The project includes the design and construction of 720 SF conventional new home by replacing the existing manufactured home. This will be added next to the 840 SF existing home. The site is located at 603 27th Street, Butner, North Carolina.

EEDAS provided Structural & Architectural Engineering professional services for this 720 SF addition of kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, bathroom, and laundry which will be single story and will replace the mobile house. Structural scope includes structural framing, wall and roof layout and foundation engineering. Architectural scope includes door, window, elevation, front awning, roof layout.
